The original SNES version of Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island is included on the SNES Classic Edition, and although it has yet to be announced for release on Virtual Console on any other system, it is one of the 20 launch titles for Super Nintendo Entertainment System - Nintendo Switch Online on the Nintendo Switch. Yoshi's Island is a Spin-Off series of the Super Mario Bros. The games all star Mario's faithful dinosaur steed Yoshi, who originally debuted in Super Mario World. An interesting aspect of the series is that most of the games in the. These are all the levels that appear throughout Yoshi's Island from Newer Super Mario Bros. There are eleven Levels in Yoshi's Island. Most of them are forest-themed, with the exception of Palm Beach, Rainshed Pond and Creepcrack Castle. Though Rainshed Pond and Creepcrack Castle have forest-themed sections.

The first non-trivial jump of the game is Box Jump--getting P-speed and jumping from the message block to the brown swinging platform's pivot. After that, keeping P-speed for the rest of the level is fairly easy. To save an extra game second, run along each of the brown platforms so Mario gets a short boost from each one.

Lunar Dragon
Regaining P-speed after exiting the underground section is very tight without hitting the midway point. If you do touch it, you will probably have to damage boost through the Koopas in Iggy's Castle.
